Anna Gluck
Anna serves as Chief Administrative Officer for NexaMotion Group, providing executive leadership across Human Resources, Legal, Internal Communications & Engagement, Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Recon Certified. With more than 25 years of experience, she is recognized for advancing talent management strategies and championing a best-in-class employee experience that drives business growth and organizational effectiveness. Under her leadership, NexaMotion Group received the 2022 Smart Culture Award, Anna was honored as a finalist for the 2017 Crainās Cleveland HR Innovation Archer Award, the 2020 Aftermarket News āNewsmaker of the Yearā award, a 2022 Women at the Wheel honoree, and a 2024 Women in Auto Care Champion Award recipient. She serves on the board of Robin Industries, chairing its compensation committee, and is an active member of the Auto Care Associationās Women in Auto Care community.
Billy Gwinn
Billy brings over 30 years of leadership experience in distribution, logistics, and operations to his role of serves as EVP, GR. Before joining NMG, he spent many years at XL Parts & The Parts House, where he advanced through multiple leadership roles before becoming Senior Vice President of Distribution, Logistics, and Specialty Businesses. In that role, he led several distribution centers and hubs and more than 400 team members. A U.S. Navy veteran, Billy is known for enhancing operational performance, improving supply chain efficiency, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. He attended Delgado Community College.
Erik St. Pierre
Erik is a seasoned leader in the automotive aftermarket industry, joining NexaMotion Group with over a decade of experience as a co-founder of PartsTech. Under his leadership, PartsTech achieved remarkable growth and set new industry standards. He played a pivotal role in revolutionizing parts procurement, driving technological advancements that enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction. With deep expertise in digital transformation and aftermarket solutions, Erik has significantly shaped the future of automotive parts commerce. At NMG, Erik drives innovation and operational excellence within the organization. Erik holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business, a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Massachusetts.
Joe Levanduski
With nearly four decades in finance and accounting, Joe has been an integral part of NexaMotion Group since 2017. Previously, he held various Accounting and Finance executive positions, including CFO, over a fifteen-year career at Hawk Corporation and was the EVP/CFO of A. Schulman, Inc. Joe previously served on the Board of Directors of AeroRepair Inc. and Robin Industries where he held the Chairman position prior to retiring in 2022, and he currently serves as a Director for Pinson Valley Heat Treating. He is also a distinguished member of Leadership Cleveland’s Class of 2003 and was inducted into the 2011 Cleveland State Universityās Monte Ahuja College of Business Hall of Fame. He holds an MBA in finance from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelorās degree in accounting from Cleveland State University.
Kevin Rozsa
Kevin leverages 40+ years of automotive aftermarket experience in his role at NexaMotion Group. His journey in the industry began at Schaeffler, a long-standing NMG supplier, where he made significant strides in sales, marketing, and product management. Since joining NMG in 2001 as the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, Kevin has adeptly navigated through various leadership positions. His roles have spanned International Sales, Pro King, Nickels Performance, Category Management, and Supply Chain, demonstrating his versatile expertise. In 2024, Kevin was appointed to the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Cleveland Chapter’s board of directors. He currently chairs the ACG Cleveland Strategic Acquirer Network and actively contributes to the ACG Akron Committee. Furthermore, Kevin’s insights into market trends are valued on the Auto Care Association (ACA) Market Intelligence Committee. Kevin’s academic background, with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Washington and Jefferson College and an Executive MBA from Kent State University’s Graduate School of Management, has laid a strong foundation for his professional achievements.
Neil Sethi
Neil Sethi is an entrepreneur and transformational leader driven by a lifelong passion for innovation and building what comes next. Over more than two decades, he has helped reshape the automotive industry by simplifying and scaling complex vehicle repair through intelligent, customer-focused solutions. As CEO of NexaMotion Group, Neil leads a portfolio of automotive businesses united by a clear mission and enduring values: Commitment, Humility, Optimism, Integrity, and Respect. His experience spans value-add DIFM distribution, technology platforms, manufacturing, and remanufacturing, giving him a systems-level perspective on value creation. Neil has led more than 30 acquisitions and divestitures and holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and Georgetown University.
Scott Weinstein
Bringing more than 25 years of industry experience in sales operations, most of which has been at the senior executive level, Scott is known for his strategic leadership and results-driven approach. He has consistently led high-performing teams and delivered measurable improvements in profitability, service, and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Scott served as Vice President of Operations at Reading Truck Equipment, where he led large teams and drove significant gains in profitability and service. He was also Senior Vice President at XL Parts and The Parts House, where he helped position the company for growth through strategic acquisitions and expansions. Scott holds a bachelorās degree from Towson University and was a student of University of Chicago Booth School of Businessās Marketing Graduate Program.
